Welcome to WallCraft. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the WallCraft application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials (including wallpapers, 3D clocks, or any app assets).
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the app.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

2. Subscriptions & Pro Features

Certain features of WallCraft, such as our premium exclusive gallery or specific interactive widgets, may require a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as disclosed during the purchase process. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

3. Disclaimer

The materials within WallCraft are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall WallCraft or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the WallCraft app, even if WallCraft or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Revisions

We may revise these Terms of Service for our app at any time without notice. By using this application you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
